They call me if they see a drastic change in premiums(up or down), if I’m not getting all the discounts I qualify for, or if it’s a topic I asked to be called about later. If I have a possible claim, I call them before I call claims to make sure I have the coverage I need. I’ve referred people to Jahnele, and they love how quickly she gets things done. If I need to be referred to an auto shop, glass, tree company, etc. I call to find out who Kelly uses because I know she does not accept anything less than the best for herself and her clients.
